She is reliable, flexible and always goes above and beyond with Lucy - from driving her to shady spots when it’s been warmer outside to helping her make friends with the chef in the park cafe who gave her sausage treats 🤣 I can tell that Emma cares genuinely for Lucy and I trust her whole heartedly!
